Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving within 2–3 business days once dispatched. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

UK shipping: £2.99

We currently ship within the UK only. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@gifthair.shop with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item, typically within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@gifthair.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue — we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
